This site will provide you with information about the programs and resources of LMPC.  As a non-profit ministry, LMPC works to encourage the nonviolent transformation of conflict in relationships in homes, workplaces, schools, churches, and throughout our world.  Our programs and resources address ways of resolving conflicts and building healthier relationships in all of these various settings.

• Here I Stand gives information on the Here I Stand process.  The information includes the three-day Here I Stand  training event that equips pastors to lead the Here I Stand process, the Here I Stand Clinic introduces the new clinic in which participating church leaders go through the Here I Stand process as well as the Charting Self workshop that introduces the Beliefs Chart tool.
• Healthy Congregations Facilitator Training Institute gives participants of this event authorization to present the Healthy Congregations workshop for congregations and other groups.
• Workshops outlines some of our more popular workshop options (Healthy Congregations, Facilitating Healthy Pastor-Congregation Relations, God's Own Peace, Leadership and Anxiety in the Church: A Family Systems Perspective and Conflict Transformation Skills for Churches) that can be presented in your church.
• Clergy Clinics includes a description of both options for the Clergy Clinic as well as the Advanced Clergy Clinic held for three consecutive days, three times each year in the Chicago area.
